Email support@lawbar.in for account help, unused balance refund requests, payment issues, or consultation problems. Include the relevant transaction or session ID where available. Never send an OTP, password, or full card details.

Consultation disputes

You can raise a consultation dispute from your account. Our Disputes & Policies page explains the review process and refund rules.

Privacy and grievances

For privacy, data, or other grievances, you can reach our Grievance Officer, Arman Malik, at support@lawbar.in. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, in line with applicable Indian rules.
